Change of Company Name

The process for changing a company's name is governed under Section 13 and Rule 29 of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014. A company can change its name with the approval of shareholders in a general meeting, followed by filing the necessary forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
