1.8) You agree to indemnify and hold CA Anytime, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and contractors harmless from any losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, resulting from any breach of this User Agreement or failure to fulfill your obligations under your account, whether by you or someone using your account. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense of any claim that is subject to indemnification.

1.9) We do not assume responsibility for any content posted by you or any other third-party users on our website. Restriction of Service
