8.2) Arbitration: If mediation fails, the dispute will be resolved by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Company. The arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration will be New Delhi, India. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.
The Terms, Policy, and any other agreements between the Parties are governed by Indian laws. The courts in Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes between the Parties.
