Refund & Cancellation Policy
At CA Anytime, we are committed to providing services that meet your expectations and offer the best quality in the industry at highly reasonable and affordable rates. However, we understand that there may be situations where you might request a refund. These scenarios include:
- Change of mind: When you pay for services but later decide that you no longer wish to proceed with them.
- Service delays: If there is a delay in service delivery from our side, beyond the agreed time frame, due to human error or factors solely under our control.
- Service dissatisfaction: In rare cases, if you find our services unsatisfactory.
In any of these situations, please send an email through the Ticket created in your name, and also copy it to support@caanytime.com.
Please note that only the professional fees portion of the charges you have paid will be considered for a refund.
Upon receiving your email, the Senior Management team at CA Anytime will review your request and determine if the refund should be processed based on the reasons provided. We reserve the right to make the final decision regarding refund requests. Furthermore, please be aware that we will not be liable for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to national holidays, government delays, acts of God, natural disasters, riots, technical failures, internet disruptions, power outages, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
If your refund request is approved, we will email you to request the necessary details for processing the refund, which may include your bank account information (account number and IFS code). Please note that it will take a minimum of 48-72 working hours from the receipt of all required information to process the refund.
We want to emphasize that only the professional fees paid for services will be refunded, subject to the discretion of CA Anytime's Senior Management. Cancellation Policy
At CA Anytime, we prioritize customer satisfaction. However, in certain circumstances, orders may need to be canceled.
Conditions for cancellation:
1. Client-Initiated Cancellation:
- If the client changes their mind or if the cancellation is due to reasons under CA Anytime's control, such as undue delay or human error, the client can voluntarily cancel the order within 72 hours of placing it.
- If the client wishes to cancel the order after work has already started, no refund will be issued, and the client will be required to pay the full order amount.
2. CA Anytime-Initiated Cancellation:
- If the client fails to provide the required documents for processing the order.
- If the client has been unreachable for more than 30 days despite multiple attempts to contact them via email, phone, or SMS.
Conditions Relating to Refund Amount:
As previously mentioned, only the professional fees portion of the charges paid will be considered for a refund.
- If the cancellation is due to factors solely under CA Anytime's control, 50% of the refundable amount will be reimbursed to the client.
- In all other cases, including those not mentioned in point 2, no refund will be provided.
